The platform enhances the applicant onboarding process through a dynamic and user-friendly interface:

  • User Portfolio Builder: Collects personal information, skills, and group preferences using an intuitive step-by-step (stepper) process [2].
  • Seamless Submission: Applicants can update their information, save their progress, and submit applications at their own pace.
  • Intelligent Assignment: When users are invited to join specific activities (e.g., incubation, training), Gohorto intelligently auto-assigns them to the appropriate group, ensuring seamless engagement [2].
  • Applicant Communication: Applicants are kept up to date during the process, enhancing their experience.

Selection and Evaluation Process

The module provides tools for administrators and evaluators to efficiently manage the selection process:

  • Customizable Automation: Allows for the customization and automation of the application selection process to gain efficiency and choose the right applicants [1].
  • Collaborative Evaluation: Admins can collaborate with startups, mentors, and coaches to evaluate applicants through customizable scoring sheets [2].
