The Incubation Center Module is the core management area for all incubation and acceleration activities, startups, and related tasks.

This module centralizes the management of the program's beneficiaries and the activities they participate in.
2.2.1 Activities Management¶
This section is used to manage the various programs, cohorts, or activities offered by the incubation center.
- Program Setup: Define the parameters, timelines, and resources for each incubation activity.
- Application Flow: Configure the application and selection process for each activity (as detailed in the Application Management core capability).
2.2.2 Startups and SMEs Management¶
This is the central repository for managing all beneficiary accounts.
- Profile Oversight: View and manage the detailed profiles and portfolios of all participating startups and SMEs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of each startup.
- Assignment: Assign mentors, coaches, and resources to individual startups.
2.2.3 Tasks Management¶
This section allows administrators to oversee and manage all tasks related to the incubation process.
- Task Assignment: Assign administrative or program-related tasks to staff, mentors, or startups.
- Status Monitoring: Track the completion status and deadlines of all assigned tasks.
2.2.4 Business Scheme Builder¶
The Business Scheme Builder is a powerful tool for creating custom assessment and development frameworks.
- Custom Frameworks: Build custom business schemes and models that experts can use to assess startup progress, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Standardization: Ensure a standardized and structured approach to evaluating business concepts and development stages.
