System Settings and User Management (Admin)¶
The System Settings Module allows administrators to configure the platform's global parameters and manage all user accounts and roles.
2.1 System Settings Module¶
Administrators can adjust global settings to customize the platform's appearance and functionality.
Navigation: Admin → System Settings → System Settings
Settings include:
- Language preferences
- Time zones
- SMTP Email Credentials
- Social media accounts
- SEO settings
- Platform branding (logos, colors, etc.)
2.1.1 Users and Roles Management Module¶
This module is crucial for controlling access and permissions within the platform.
Navigation: Admin → System Settings → Roles and Users
Roles Management¶
- Define Roles: Create and define custom roles with specific permissions.
- Tailored Access: Each role can be tailored to grant access to particular modules, features, or data, ensuring users only interact with relevant parts of the system.
User Management¶
- Account Management: View and manage all admin user accounts.
- Actions: Reset passwords, deactivate accounts, or update user information.
- Audit Logs: Track user activity, including login attempts, changes made to the system, and data access.
