The platform provides Experts with the necessary tools to effectively monitor, guide, and assess the startups they are assigned to.

5.3 My Assigned Startups and Projects

This section is the primary interface for interacting with the assigned startups.

Startup Oversight

• Access Profiles: View the detailed profiles, portfolios, and business schemes of assigned startups.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the startup's progress against set metrics, milestones, and KPIs.
• Communication: Utilize the built-in messaging and file-sharing features to communicate and collaborate with the startup founders.

Project Management

• Project View: Access the PMO structure for the startup's projects, including activities and sub-activities.
• Task Assignment: Create and assign new tasks to the startup team to guide their development.
• Feedback and Assessment: Use the Coaching and Mentorship Tools to provide structured feedback and complete custom assessments on the startup's progress, strengths, and weaknesses.

5.4 Tasks Management

Experts are involved in task management in two ways:

1. View Assigned Tasks: Review tasks assigned to them by administrators (e.g., "Review Q3 Report," "Complete Startup Assessment").
2. Create New Tasks: Assign tasks directly to their assigned startups to drive specific actions or deliverables.
3. Update Task: Update the status and details of tasks they are responsible for.
