Accessing the Platform

Access to the Gohorto E-Incubation Platform is secure and role-based, ensuring that each user group is directed to the appropriate interface with access to the features and functionalities specific to their role [1].

User Registration and Login

The platform utilizes a dynamic user portfolio builder, often starting with a stepper process to gather user information during the application or registration phase [2].

  • Registration Process: New users can register via the landing page. The process is designed to be intuitive, and applicants can save their progress and submit applications at their own pace [2].
  • User Login: Users can log in via the main platform URL.
  • Forget Password: A standard process is available for users to reset their password if forgotten.

Role-Based Access

The platform separates access into two distinct login screens:

  1. Admin Login Screen: Exclusively for users with administrative privileges, such as system administrators and program managers. This screen directs users to the Admin Dashboard for platform oversight and management.
  2. End User Login Screen: For all other users, including Startups, SMEs, Experts (Mentors/Coaches), and Trainees. This directs them to their respective role-specific dashboards.
