TADAMON, empowering 5,000+ CSOs across 57 OIC member countries
TADAMON brings together CSOs from 57 OIC member countries to build a stronger civil-society ecosystem—through crowdfunding, Islamic social financing, capacity-building, and knowledge sharing. Gohorto is the operating layer that lets that community function as one connected platform.

A strategic partnership rooted in CSO empowerment
TADAMON sits at the center of one of the most ambitious civil-society empowerment efforts in the developing world: an IsDB-ISFD program—implemented with UNDP and strategic partners—designed to give CSOs across the 57 OIC member countries the visibility, funding, capacity, and knowledge they need to drive socio-economic development.
Through its partnership with Gohorto, TADAMON has the operating layer to scale that mission: onboarding thousands of CSOs, vetting hundreds of crowdfunding campaigns, integrating dozens of partner platforms, and running accelerator programs—all on a unified workflow.
Why a 57-country CSO platform is operationally complex
- 1Thousands of CSOs across very different ecosystems5,270+ CSOs from Indonesia to Morocco operate in different regulatory, language, and capacity contexts—yet TADAMON must vet, support, and showcase them through a coherent process.
- 2Crowdfunding across many partner platforms25+ partner crowdfunding platforms aggregate into TADAMON—keeping campaign data clean, vetted, and trustworthy across all of them is a continuous integration challenge.
- 3Capacity-building across diverse needsCSOs span experience levels and themes—from refugee response to health, climate, gender, and education—each requiring tailored capacity-building tracks.
- 4Accountability for an IsDB/ISFD/UNDP programTADAMON is accountable to ISFD, IsDB, UNDP, and member-country stakeholders simultaneously—reporting must be clean, transparent, and on time.
How Gohorto powers TADAMON (capabilities)
CSOs join through structured intake and vetting workflows—building a trustworthy, searchable directory of organizations across 57 countries.
264+ vetted campaigns are managed inside Gohorto—giving donors, partners, and the public confidence in the campaigns they support.
Educational programs—fundraising, management, communications, public relations—are run as structured cohorts inside Gohorto, with progress tracked per CSO.
Initiatives like the TADAMON Accelerator for Food Security (100 selected participants) run on the same platform—from open calls to selection to cohort delivery.
25+ crowdfunding platforms across the OIC integrate into TADAMON—giving the community a unified surface area without removing local autonomy.
Outcomes are mapped to ISFD, IsDB, UNDP, and SDG frameworks—producing clean institutional reports without manual reconciliation.
These numbers reflect five years of building the OIC’s most active CSO empowerment platform. Gohorto’s role is to make the next five years scale at least as fast—without losing the trust, visibility, and quality the community has earned.
Where the partnership goes next
TADAMON’s next phase—Tadamon 2.0, accelerator programs around food security and beyond, and deeper integration with the IsDB Group—relies on a foundation that scales without breaking: more CSOs, more campaigns, more partner platforms, more programs. The partnership with Gohorto is what makes that foundation possible.
