Incubation Center Module
The Incubation Center Module is the core of the E-Incubation Platform, designed to manage all incubation activities—from initial application to the final selection of qualified candidates.

1. Activities Management¶
To manage, list, filter, or export incubation activities, navigate to Admin → Incubation Center → Activities.
1.1 Adding and Configuring Activities¶
- Add New: Click the Add New button to create a new incubation activity via a specialized form.
- Milestones / Boards: Once created, administrators can set milestones (Stages) to track startup progress. Use the Boards menu to create and manage these stages.
- In-Activity Duplicate: Tasks can be duplicated for all projects within the same activity by checking the duplication box during task creation.
1.2 Managing Applicants¶
Navigate to the Applicants menu within an activity to: - Assign Collaborators: Assign Mentors or Coaches to specific applicants and set the assignment topic. - Update Status: Manually change applicant status to reflect their progress through the stages. - Communication: Send integrated emails directly from the platform to applicants. - Copy Applicants: Move or copy applicants between different activities to better suit their needs.
2. Assessment Management¶
The platform allows for the creation of unlimited assessment sheets (screening, interviewing, shortlisting). - Stations: Define specific areas of evaluation (e.g., Business Viability, Market Strategy). - Criteria: Set specific questions or prompts within each station, each with its own weight. - Assignments: Assign experts to evaluate applicants at designated stations. - Dashboard: A summarized view of all assessment results, allowing administrators to sort, filter, and export data (Jury Panel or Camping formats).
3. Reports and Monitoring¶
- Reports and Statistics: Detailed insights into performance, milestones achieved, and engagement.
- Monitoring Report: Real-time status snapshots of startups, including task progress, commitments, and services delivered by experts.
- Needs Assessment Matrix: A strategic tool where mentors identify specific startup needs (funding, marketing, etc.), which administrators then match with suitable experts.
4. Startups and SMEs Management¶
A centralized repository for all registered projects. - Project Portfolios: Manage team members, progress tracking, and engagement records. - Project Catalog: A printable format for essential materials like business summaries and revenue streams. - Business Schemes: Startups develop strategies using templates (e.g., Business Model Canvas). Experts can review, approve, and trace all developments.
5. Tasks Management¶
Streamline the organization and tracking of tasks. - Board View: A general landscape of all project assignments. - To-Do Lists & Checklists: Manage attachments, progress, and checklists within each task.
6. Business Scheme Builder¶
Admins can define templates for startups to structure their business ideas. Submissions can be organized, filtered, and exported for expert review.
