Tenant and environment setup¶
- Tenant provisioning: create the tenant and baseline configuration.

- Email setup: sender identity, branded templates, and notification defaults.
- Roles and access: align permissions for admins, founders, mentors/coaches, investors, and trainees.
Program configuration¶
- Cohorts and stages: define the program lifecycle and participant journey.
- Applications: configure intake forms and screening pipelines.
- Assessments: set up rubrics, stations, questions, and scoring.
- Reporting: configure requested reports and exports for boards/funders.
- Training (optional): seed courses/sessions structure and learning workflows.
