Training & Learning
The Training Management Module handles all aspects of training and development within the incubation ecosystem, including workshops, seminars, and webinars.
Navigation: Admin → Training Management
1. Activities Management¶
Navigate to Admin → Training Management → Activities to plan and schedule training initiatives.
- Creating Activities: Click Add New to access the activity form.
- Enrollment Type: Use the "Allow direct enrollment to courses" checkbox to either gather all applicants into a single pool or enable them to choose specific courses themselves.
- Form Integration: If additional data is needed, create a form in the Form Management module and integrate it with the activity. All applicants will be forced to fill this form before joining.
- Invitation Links: The system automatically generates invitation links for collecting applications.
2. Courses and Classes¶
Within each training activity, administrators manage the structure of learning.
2.1 Classes (Divisions)¶
Navigate to the Classes tab on the left menu. Each activity must have at least one class to group trainees and courses.
2.2 Course Content¶
Navigate to the Courses tab. Clicking a course name opens a dedicated navigation bar to manage: - Course Applicants: Change status, export data, send emails, or import applicants from the main activity pool. - Course Sessions: Add, edit, or duplicate lessons. Admins can upload resources/attachments and manage the Attendance Sheet. - Course Assessments: Create evaluation sheets for each course (matching the Incubation Center assessment logic). - Course Report: Access detailed completion rates, trainee progress, and attendance logs.
3. Monitoring and Insights¶
- Monitoring Report: Provides real-time progress tracking for all training programs.
- Insights and Statistics: Visual representations of performance and trainee development metrics.
