Multi-Tenancy & White-Labeling¶
Gohorto is designed as a multi-tenant platform where each organization (tenant) operates in an isolated workspace with its own branding, users, and program data.
Tenant isolation (what it means)¶
- Data boundaries: one tenant cannot access another tenant’s data.
- Configuration boundaries: tenant-specific settings, templates, and policies.
- Operational boundaries: background jobs and workloads are managed so one tenant’s activity does not degrade others.
White-labeling¶
- Custom domains: host your tenant on a branded domain (where configured).
- Brand identity: logo, colors, and consistent experience across the portal.
- Email branding: templates and sender identity aligned to your organization.
Recommended rollout approach¶
- Start with a staging tenant to validate workflows and templates
- Finalize branding and policy pages before applications open
- Validate role access with test accounts for each stakeholder group
