Your mentor dashboard is your command center for managing your mentorship activities on Gohorto. It provides a comprehensive view of your assigned startups, upcoming sessions, and all the tools you need to provide effective mentorship.

Dashboard Layout

The mentor dashboard is organized into several key sections:

1. Header Section

Top Navigation Bar: - Platform Logo: Click to return to dashboard home - Main Menu: Access to major sections (Startups, Sessions, Reports, etc.) - Search Bar: Quick search across platform content - Notifications: Bell icon showing alerts and updates - Profile Menu: Your profile picture with dropdown for settings and logout

2. Overview Widgets

Startup Summary: - Total Assigned Startups: Number of startups you're mentoring - Active Startups: Startups currently in active programs - Sessions This Month: Number of sessions conducted - Pending Tasks: Tasks requiring your attention

Quick Stats: - Upcoming Sessions: Sessions scheduled in next 7 days - Overdue Reports: Reports that need to be completed - Startup Progress: Average progress of assigned startups - Engagement Level: Your overall engagement metrics

Appointments and Availability

Manage your consulting schedule efficiently. - Availability Settings: Define your working hours and dates in the platform calendar. - Booking Management: View and confirm appointment requests from startups and trainees. - Session Workspace: Each appointment has a dedicated page for real-time messaging and file exchange.

Sessions Management

Plan and document strategic training or mentoring sessions. - Attendance Tracking: Manage attendance sheets for group or individual sessions. - Resource Sharing: Upload attachments and learning materials directly to the session.

Reports & Recommendations

Startup Progress

Shows the advancement of your assigned startups: - Overall Progress: Average completion percentage - On Track: Number of startups meeting milestones - Needs Attention: Startups requiring support - Milestones Achieved: Total milestones completed

Session Metrics

  • Sessions Conducted: Total sessions this period
  • Average Session Duration: Typical session length
  • Session Completion Rate: Percentage of scheduled sessions completed
  • Follow-Up Rate: How often you follow up after sessions

Engagement Metrics

  • Response Time: Average time to respond to messages
  • Task Completion: Tasks assigned to startups completed
  • Feedback Provided: Amount of feedback given
  • Report Generation: Reports created and submitted

To Startup Management

  1. Click "My Startups" in main menu, or
  2. Click on a startup in the assigned startups panel, or
